RETURNS & EXCHANGES

TRENDY SHOP GRENADA DOES NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS AT THIS TIME. EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.

Return Policy:

  • We must receive your return or item for exchange within 7 business days of your purchase/delivery date (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays).
  • Returns received within 7 business days may be processed as store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase.
  • Store credit for online orders will be issued as an electronic gift card.
  • Store credit will expire 1 month after it has been issued.
  • Returns received after 7 business days will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for exchanges. 
  • All intimates/lingerie
  • All Swimwear/bodysuits
  • All discounted/Sale Items
  • Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or need a different size in an item, send us an email at info@trendyshopgrenada.com
  • Items must be exchanged at Trendy Shop Grenada, Gore Street, St. George , Grenada.
  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After your returned item has been inspected and approved, you may then exchange for another size in store. If we do not have the desired size in stock, you can be issued store credit and you may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. 
  • Store credit will expire 1 month after it has been issued.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Your receipt//original packaging should be included with your return. 
  • All Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER PICK UP OF ITEMS TO BE EXCHANGED.
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non refundable.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 
Store credit may be granted in the form of a paper "receipt" ticket to be used in store, or as a special a electronic gift card to be used on our website.
