Preorder Policy

PLEASE READ OUR PRE-ORDER POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT. 

Before Ordering

• Please ensure that you select your correct size and colour option (size charts will be provided where available)
• We can also provide in-person guidance regarding sizing 
• Colours of items may vary slightly due to lighting in photos

Out Of Stock Items

• Feel free to reach out to us via Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp to confirm if items are available before placing your order.
• Despite our regular checks, there is a small possibility that an item may be out of stock when you place your order with us.
• If you have placed an order for an item which is out of stock, we will reach out to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. You will always have the option to update your order with a replacement item.
• If you cannot find a replacement, your payment will be refunded in full to your preferred local bank account within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Payments

• Pre-order items can be paid for in-full on our website (via Paypal), through Grenada Cooperative Bank deposit or in-person at our shop.

Arrival Times

• Please present your receipt when picking up orders
• All items should be carefully inspected upon pickup/delivery
• Your order will arrive in Grenada and be ready for pick up or delivery 3 weeks after your payment has been successfully made in-full.
• This is only an estimation , and although we will do our best to ensure timely arrival, your item may be delayed by factors beyond our control, such as:

               - Flight Delays of Air Carriers

               -  Adverse Weather (Hurricanes, Snow Storms, Flooding etc.)

               - Peak Season (Black Friday, Christmas)

               - Local & International Holidays

These will result in slower processing or delivery times.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges 

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After your cancellation request is made, your refund will be deposited to the local bank account of your choice within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Please note that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
• We are happy to offer easy and hassle-free exchanges of items in-store (we do not offer pickup of items to be exchanged).

Local Delivery & Shipping 

• ORDERS OF EC$150 & OVER GET FREE LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN ST. GEORGE'S & GRAND ANSE.
• Orders under EC $150 are subject to our regular delivery rates (click here see delivery rates). 
• Delivery to areas in St. George's Capital are always FREE (see free area map below).
